David was co-author of a 2002 updated report on the Status of Woodland Caribou in Canada for COSEWIC (Committee on the Status of Endangered Wildlife in Canada).

Grayhound Information Services worked on a pilot project for an Inventory of Biodiversity Monitoring Data in Arctic Canada for the Circumpolar Biodiversity Monitoring Program Secretariat, Environment Canada in 2008.

In 2002 David completed a report on the impact of historical activities on the ecology of Gowland Tod Provincial Park for B.C. Parks
